Once your corporation is formed, you must comply with corporate
formalities. These formalities include holding annual
meetings of directors and shareholders, adopting bylaws,
and issuing shares of stock. Business Pro Net corporate
kit contains the necessary items to make complying
with these formalities easy.
Our corporate kit includes:
- A professional binder enclosed in a matching slip-case

The LLC, while it doesn't require as much formality as
a corporation, still requires that good records be
kept. Business Pro Net LLC kit maintains and preserves
your company records all in one binder.
Our LLC kit includes:

- 20 custom-made, numbered, membership certificates printed
with your company name
- A membership transfer ledger, which allows you to
keep accurate records of membership interest

Corporate or LLC Seal (stand alone)
In some jurisdictions, a corporate or LLC seal is required
to open a bank account. Seals typically are used to
stamp corporate or LLC documents to signify them as
official. Business Pro Net corporate or LLC seal
is a pocket-seal customized with your company name
and the state and date of formation. The seal is included
in our corporate and LLC kits, but you can purchase
it separately for a fee of $40, if desired. The seals
are made of heavy-duty metal, and are enclosed in
a protective case.
Stock or Membership Certificate (stand alone)
Stock certificates (for corporations) and membership certificates
(for LLCs) provide proof of ownership in the corporation
or LLC. Business Pro Net stock and membership certificates
are full-sized, numbered certificates that are customized
with your business' name. They are included in our
corporate and LLC kits, but can be purchased separately,
if desired. The cost for stock or membership certificates
is $1 each, and there is a minimum purchase of 20
certificates.
Corporate Forms CD
Corporations are required to follow certain formalities in order
to keep the corporate entity alive. These formalities
include a variety of shareholder and director meetings.
The importance of holding these meetings properly
cannot be understated.
The Corporate Forms CD is designed to make complying with
corporate formalities easy. It contains all of the
necessary forms to properly hold every type of corporate
meeting, including: an organizational directors' meeting,
annual directors' meeting, special meeting of directors,
and annual shareholders' meeting. The Corporate Forms
CD also contains sample bylaws and resolutions. All
forms and documents are templates you can easily change
