Professional Corporation/Professional Limited Liability Company
Business Pro Net prepares and files the necessary
documents with the appropriate state agency in order
to establish your professional corporation (PC) or
professional limited liability company (PLLC). PCs
and PLLCs are limited to corporations and LLCs organized
for the sole purpose of providing professional services,
such as medical services, legal services, architectural

Certified Copy
Business Pro Net can obtain an additional certified
copy of your articles of incorporation or articles
of organization. The cost for a certified copy varies by state.
Certificate of Good Standing
Business Pro Net can obtain a certificate of good
standing for your business. This is a document that
proves your corporation or LLC does exist with the
state, and has paid all annual fees. The cost for
a certificate of good standing varies by state.
State Name Availability Check
Business Pro Net performs a state name check, which
must be done before you can form your business in
a particular state. This ensures that your company's
name is available in that state. The name check is
part of our formation service; however, a name check
can be performed prior to ordering for a fee of $25.
State Name Reservation
If you are not yet ready to incorporate your business,
but would like to reserve your business name, Business
Pro Net offers state name reservations. Once a name
check is performed, we can reserve that company name
for you for a certain period of time. Allowed reservation
timeframes depend upon the state. The cost for a state name reservation is $60.
Apostille
With certification by apostille or gold seal, your
articles of incorporation or organization are entitled
to recognition in the country of intended use. Either
an apostille or certified copy with gold seal (dependent
on the country of intended use) is included in Business
Pro Net international package, but can also be purchased
as a stand-alone product for a fee of $60. Please
note, if an apostille or certified copy with gold
seal is ordered after the formation of the corporation
or LLC is complete, some states impose additional
